Working Through The Pandemic
Over the last 18 months, all aspects of our lives have changed dramatically. The ‘new normal’ has meant seeing our loved ones less, being cooped up at home and spending far too much time on Zoom.
Whether working from home or onsite throughout the pandemic, the way we work has changed. Lockdown saw our kitchens become our new offices and our work lives and home lives merged into one.
As restrictions ease, our working lives are slowly returning to normal.
There has been a lot of talk about the long awaited, return to the office. Some employees are keen to return to their previous full-time set up while others are looking to carry the benefits that working from home gave and would favour a hybrid approach.
One aspect that all stakeholders across Ireland can agree on is the perseverance of their staff. Employees all over the country were abruptly sent home with a laptop under their arm and expected to carry on business as usual. Unexpectedly, many businesses have grown during this time, which is testament to the adaptability and professionalism of our workforce.
We at Pulp Confidential Shredding would like to take this opportunity to say Thank You to all our customers who stood by us in what were uncertain times.
Finally, I would also like to thank our staff. Their hard work and commitment over the past 18 months has ensured we have been able to continue to provide our essential service to businesses throughout Ireland.
Looking forward to a bright 2022
